AI Player-Coach OS Workshop

Tuesday 29, Wednesday 30 September and Thursday 1 October 2026, 10am–12pm PT.

Across three mornings you build an agentic system that runs on your own machine, on your own work, and keeps running after the workshop ends. You work in Claude Code in the Claude Desktop app, in your own environment, the whole way through.

What you'll walk away with:

• Day one — Claude Code becomes your personal operating system. Context and memory that carry from one session to the next, and the commands you run every day.
• Day two — a chief of staff agent. Connected to the apps you already use, running your week and picking up scheduled work without being asked.
• Day three — an agent that helps you manage your team. Several agents working a single job in parallel.
• A follow-up office hour on Wednesday 7 October, 10am–12pm PT, to make sure what you built is operational.
• The replays, the prompt library and the portal to come back to.
