AI Player-Coach OS Workshop

Tuesday 1, Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 September 2026, 4–6pm PT.

Across three afternoons you build an agentic system that runs on your own machine, on your own work, and keeps running after the workshop ends. You work in Claude Code in the Claude Desktop app, in your own environment, the whole way through.

What you'll get:

• Day one — context management, memory and custom commands
• Day two — MCP, tool calling, and work running on a schedule
• Day three — sub-agents and multi-agent orchestration
• A follow-up office hour on Wednesday 9 September, 4–6pm PT, to make sure what you built is operational
• The replays, the prompt library and the portal to come back to

Eight hours of live instruction with Polly Allen, delivered on Zoom. If these dates don't work, the same workshop runs again on 29, 30 September and 1 October, 10am–12pm PT.
