Tuesday

Context management

The single biggest pitfall when you come to Claude Code from a chat window is never learning to manage your context, or how to work with memory. We fix that first, then build the commands that turn it into your personal operating system.

Wednesday

Your Chief of Staff

We connect Claude Code to the apps you already use and build an agent that manages your week — including the work it does on a schedule, before you have asked for it.

Thursday

Managing your team

An agent built to help you run your one on one meetings, so you can maintain human relationships while your span of control widens. To do this we'll use multi‑agent workflows — splitting work across agents that run in parallel.

How it runs

Eight hours of live instruction. Three two‑hour build sessions on consecutive days, then a two‑hour office hour the following Wednesday — because the useful questions arrive once you have taken the thing back to your own work and hit something.

Hands‑on throughout. You are building, not watching.

We work in the Claude Desktop app, not the terminal. 

Replays go up within twenty‑four hours, so a clash on one day does not cost you the workshop.

Senior product and business leaders who would rather build it than watch someone else build it.

You have used ChatGPT plenty and opened Claude Code once or twice.  You are tired of watching demos of workflows you never get round to setting up.
