Agreement

By purchasing a workshop, product, or membership from Escape Velocity AI Studio ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these terms. Escape Velocity AI Studio is operated by Polly M. Allen LLC.

What You're Purchasing

When you purchase AI Revenue Decoded, you are purchasing access to a live, 3-day virtual workshop delivered via Zoom. Your purchase includes:

  • Live attendance at all three sessions
  • Replay access through the period specified at the time of purchase
  • Access to the private Facebook community group during the workshop period
  • VIP purchasers receive additional deliverables as described on the registration page

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments. Prices are listed in US dollars. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, email us at [email protected] before the start of Day 1 of the workshop for a full refund. Once the workshop begins, no refunds will be issued, as you will have received access to live content and materials.

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, materials, frameworks, and recordings are the property of Escape Velocity AI Studio and its founders. You may use what you learn in your own business, but you may not resell, redistribute, or republish our materials, recordings, or frameworks without written permission.

What You Build Is Yours

Any products, tools, or applications you create during or after the workshop belong entirely to you. We claim no ownership over what you build.

Disclaimer

The information provided in our workshops and materials is for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, your business, your market, and many other factors. We share what has worked for us and our students, but individual results vary.

Limitation of Liability

Escape Velocity AI Studio, its founders, and Polly M. Allen LLC are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our products, tools, or information. This includes any issues related to software you build using techniques taught in our programs.

Community Standards

By joining our Facebook group or participating in live sessions, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and supportive of other participants
  • Keep discussions on-topic
  • Refrain from self-promotion, solicitation, or recruiting
  • Not share other participants' personal information or business ideas

We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these standards.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
